As regards Scientific Research, the SOL Group has always followed closely its rapid evolution. Consequently, its effort is to meet its clients' increasingly demanding request for services, especially in terms of quality, safety and timeliness of intervention. SOL 's services increasingly concentrate on the total management of gas supplies or equipment, that is to say:

• ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of gas distribution systems
• management of the working state of centres devoted to gas stocking, production and distribution
• operations concerning reception, acceptance, checking and stocking of gas
• training of staff and specialised consulting
• LiN-Card service for the management and accounting of the consumption of liquid nitrogen supplied through a distribution centre to which many users have access
• filling up of the equipment for magnetic resonance.

Since many years SOL has worked with the most important research centres and universities in order to increase its already great ability to face and solve problems stemming from the use of the gases and of the high-content technological equipment, such as those that are normally encountered in modern laboratories and research centres.
