Compost-making
is an oxidisation biological process that makes it possible to
recycle the organic part present in most of the waste produced
by human activities, adopting the same mechanisms that in nature
regulate the cycle of material. In time, the biodegradable organic
matter is attacked by various types of micro-organisms, which
produce a biologically stable material called compost, equivalent
to the humus that can be found in the ground of forests. Drawing
on its experience in the pure oxygen development of biological
activity, SOL is able to offer innovative process
solutions, thanks to which compost-making becomes a convenient
choice for the treatment of organic waste. The objectives pursued
by employing SOL 's technologies are the following:
- reduction
of the production of unpleasant smell
-
production of high-quality compost
-
increase in productivity
